Fees and Deadlines


There will be no camp on July 4; session rates are pro-rated accordingly.

There is a one-time, non-refundable deposit fee of $100 per child per session.  The amount is applied to the total cost of camp tuition.  Payment in full is due by April 1. Payments not received by April 1 may result in the loss of your deposit and reservations.  Payments are non-refundable after April 1.

Early Care & Extended Day

7:30am – 8:30am     $50/week

3:00pm – 4:00pm    $50/week

3:00pm – 5:00pm    $100/week

3:00pm – 6:00pm    $150/week

Policies

Deposits and Payment

Refund Policy

Refunds minus your deposit are available through April 1.  After April 1 there are no refunds.

Health Forms

For the safety of all children in our camp and in compliance with our licensure, campers are not allowed to attend camp without their health forms.  If for some reason a child arrives with their forms on the first day of camp, we reserve the right to request 24 hours to process those forms and deny participation in camp for the first day.
